The newly formed Engage Digital team would later go on to pioneer cloud-based marketing automation technology in the Asia Pacific. In 2016 Engage strategically joined the MicroChannel Group to broaden the technology offerings available to clients and provide additional depth and access to leading industry experts. In 2017 Engage transitioned to be known as and trade under the name of MicroChannel, and became part of the MicroChannel CRM and Marketing Technology team. Founded in 1995, MicroChannel is one of the largest privately owned end-to-end business technology companies in the region.
